Cannes Film Festival

After the Dior Cruise Collection in the French Riviera, The Follow Affair is going to Cannes, we can't stop traveling to show you all the important events of the season.
68th Cannes Film Festival has officially started and we want to see all the starts with their gowns in the red carpet of the most important film festival in existence. The eyes of all the fashionistas around the world are fixated on Cannes. Women are taking center stage as juries in the festival, with Sophie Marceau and Sienna Miller. So let's start this 12 days of pure red carpet heaven.

First day: May 13

Sara Forestier in Saint Laurent - The military jacket it's perfect with her black basics style, although the shoes are completely wrong.
Sienna Miller in Balenciaga - One word, elegance!
Sophie Marceau in Nina Ricci - Super chic look, so flattering in her and the feathers details are an extra touch to this amazing lady.

Angelababy in Christian Dior Couture - Asian beauty looked gorgeous in this Dior Couture. The look is perfect from the dress to the make up, everything is perfect.
Julianne Moore in Armani Privé - What can I say about this look? Perfect, the slick hair, her skin against the dark color of the dress, no flaws.
Karlie Kloss in Atelier Versace - With legs that can go for days anything looks good on you. Karlie nailed the Cannes red carpet.

Naomi Watts in Elie Saab Couture - I'm an Elie Saab fan and of Naomi Watts. The dressed was created to be shown in this festival. The only thing that is wrong it's the necklace, too much. Keep it simple.
Lupita Nyong'o in Gucci - My dear Lupita you never fail in the red carpet. No matter what she wears it looks amazing on her. The jade green on her skin is so gorgeous, so elegant. She is the Queen of the red carpet.
Fan Bingbing in Ralph & Russo Couture - Another asian beauty that took my breath away. The is always so elegant, so flawless on the red carpet and her favorite Louis Vuitton clutch completed her look. Love it!

Natalie Portman in Christian Dior Couture - As the face of Dior of course she wore Dior. A modern, feminine Dior that looked great on her petite frame.
Catherine Deneuve in Jean Paul Gaultier Couture - Lady, elegant, age appropriate, the right pop of color.
Isabella Rossellini in Stella McCartney - It may look simple at first because the secret was in the back, the color was hidden in her cape. The Falabbella clutch it's not working for this looks.

Sienna Miller in Lanvin - Once again Sienna Miller glided down the red carpet elegantly, this time in a blue Lanvin gather at one side with a fantastic black bow. I adore this look!
Doutzen Kroes in Atelier Versace - If you got it, flaunt it! Breath taking this white gown on Doutzen's body.
Aymeline Valade in Ulyana Sergeenko Couture - As a fan of Ulyana's work I love this dress but on Aymeline I'm not a fan. The exaggerated hips are too much for her skinny frame.

Second Day: May 14

Naomi Watts in Altuzarra - This look it's looking for me. It's aging her with the period style collar, and the silver sandals are not helping.
Salma Hayek in Alexander McQueen - When she get's it right Salma looks amazing. The body hugging dress with the scarlet roses just enhancing more those amazing curves.
Charlize Theron in Valentino - I'm a bit disappointed, this dress it's not helping her in anyway, she looks like a square figure. I love Charlize, she has an amazing body but this dress it's so wrong.

Liya Kebede in Proenza Schouler - The copper textural sequin-embroidery asymmetrical top is fantastic, the deconstructed ensemble is a breath of fresh air on this red carpet.
Julianne Moore in Givenchy Couture - Nothing beats that first look she wore but this velvet look is super elegant and super fun to wear wear in hot weather.
Charlize Theron in Christian Dior Couture - After that first disaster with the black ensemble, Charlize is back to her old self. She look amazing, the dress showed that gorgeous body we all love, looking so elegant.

Naomi Watts in Ralph Lauren - From the floral lace to the elegant silhouette looked gorgeous on Naomi.
Zoe Kravitz in Valentino Sala Bianca Haute Couture - Such a refreshing look for Zoe, super feminine but the neckline gives a very sensual statement.
Michelle Rodriguez in Zuhair Murad - The badass girl made a very badass choice, a tacky choice. This dress is so wrong on so many levels.

xoxo, A
